Its Yuri's night - did you know?
You've heard of Burns night, possibly, but what about Yuri's night?
Yuri's Night is an international celebration held on April 12 every year to commemorate the first human in space, Yuri Gagarin on April 12, 1961, and the first Space Shuttle launch on April 12, 1981.
Why not make a "space" in your busy schedule to "launch" into a new celebration each year?
How about "rocket" and spinach ricotta, a glass of "space wine", and you know what to have for dessert?
"Cream cheese", of course!
(don't forget the crackers!)
